Ved avgang er bussene merket for ungdom og herrer\/damer. St\u00f8tteaparatet g\u00e5r sammen med ungdom i den st\u00f8rste bussen. Det gj\u00f8r ogs\u00e5 mat og annet utstyr. Denne bussens bagasjerom blir normalt fort fullt og\u00a0annet ekstra\u00a0m\u00e5 i Herre\/dame-bussen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Det blir 45 minutter stopp p\u00e5 veien, men vi anbefaler niste da m\u00e5let er middag p\u00e5 Fr\u00e4mby udde\u00a0hvor vi skal\u00a0overnatte. Her inng\u00e5r <em>s<\/em><u><em>\u00e4nglinne, <\/em><\/u><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">handdukar och slutst\u00e4d.<\/span> <\/em>(Mao ikke behov for sovepose). U<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ngdom sover natten fredag til l\u00f8rdag p\u00e5 Fr\u00e4mby, mens natten l\u00f8rdag til s\u00f8ndag blir p\u00e5 Lugnet innomhus i sportshall, og med gangavstand til arena.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00e5 l\u00f8rdag blir det busstransport fra Fr\u00e4mby til arena i passe tid\u00a0for alle starter, og en oppsamlende buss tilbake fra arena til overnatting rundt midnatt. Om natten blir det ogs\u00e5 en transportl\u00f8sning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For dem som vil trene eller ikke l\u00f8per stafett er det mulig \u00e5 l\u00f8pe \u00e5pne
